TipIn case of losing captured survey while uploading is not successfully done, INSITE provides users with Back up Data in Application. Your survey data will be saved in your phone in local with automatically. Back up Data is always saved whether user succeed to upload survey or notautomatically as a backup. You can re-upload the surveys In the event that the upload has not been completed successfully.

  1. Tap the side panel button top left of the dashboard to go to side panel.

  2. Click , Tap (blue star) ( [Back Up Data) on the side panel.]

Note

Caution: Back up Data will last 1 week (be stored for 7 days) , and it will be automatically removed from your local data. Make sure this expiration starts from when you upload process ( Process includes Fail or Pass Upload both)Expiration starts on the date of upload.

Note: If you are uploading multiple survey with surveys within one building, Each Survey each survey will be seen as separate Data on Listlisted separately.

3. If you are finished with uploading process , you’ll You will see the Survey that was list of surveys that have been uploaded or Failed.

4. There are two button (blue star) (Re-Upload), and (blue star) (Delete) for User Convenience

5. (blue star) (Delete) is as its word means if you want to Delete Saved Data before Expiration Date. Just click the button and the Survey Backup Data will be Erased.

6. (blue star) (Re-Upload) is as its word means if you have failed with uploading your survey , or Data is gone. You can Re-Upload the Survey DataTap (blue star) [Delete button] to delete Saved Data before the expiration date.

5. Tap (blue star) [Reupload button] to reupload the survey.

7. When you Click (blue star)(Re-Upload) button tap (blue star) [Reupload button], it will turn into (blue star) [Uploading Status status icon], and you’ll see Progress Bar below the information of Surveylist.

8. If you are finished with Uploads , The Uploading Status will be turn into Uploaded Status. And you’ll get Notification that your Survey is successfully uploadedWhen the upload has been completed the icon will turn into (blue star) [Uploaded status icon]. Also, you will see the notification message.

Make Sure to check your Back Up Data is Successfully Uploaded.
