Admin can invite new users and assign roles using their email.
Invite new user
Invite user
Click on the sidebar.
Click [Users] tab.
Click to invite a new user.
Input the user email and assign a role.
Click [Invite] to send an invitation.
Note: Once a new user is invited, an invitation email is immediately sent to the user. You can check the verification status from the management panel.
Manage “Pending” status users
Invited users will be shown the “pending” status. During this status, the admin is able to do three things from [···] menu.
Invite user
Change user role.
Resend invite.
Remove the invite (making the invite URL invalid).

From [Users] screen, click [···].
Click [Resend invitation].
Note: Invitation email is expired in 72 hours. If the invited users fail to register within the time limit, it is necessary to resend invitation.
Edit user information
Update user information
Click a user on the user list to edit user information.
You can edit the profile photo, name, and role.
Click [Save].
Caution: User emails cannot be edited after the users are invited by admin.
Delete user account
Click a user on the user list and click [Delete] to delete the user.
Caution: Deleted users cannot be restored, but can be invited as new users.
