You can create a password-protected link on each survey to share it with the external users out of the enterprise network. 

  1. Click (blue star), and the dialog box will open.

  2. Set the password for the link. 

  3. Set the expiry date. The default expiration date is set for 30 days.

  4. You can select the options to share tags, share tracks, show Mini-map, and allow time comparison with the external users or not.

  5. Click [Generate link] to get a unique URL and copy it to share.

  • External users who will access through the shared link can only view the 360 images of the 3D workspace and tag(view only), tracking tours, Mini-map, and time comparison. They have no access to use survey browser and measurement.

  • Every link is unique with its different password and expiration information.
