Line Measurement
You can measure in the 3D Workspace by creating vertical and horizontal lines. Measurements can be created in a polyline, as well as a single line.
Note: Functions in the side panel are disabled when in measure mode in order to prevent conflicting actions.
Measure mode
1. Click [Measurement button] on the sidebar to activate [Measure]. The toolbar appears to the right of next to the button, and the default mode is set to measure mode.
2. On the main screen, click on a point to start measuring. By default, measurements are made from the floor as a reference.
3. To measure from the ceiling down, the ceiling height must be set. This is possible from the 3D Builder. (Admin and editor can set the ceiling height in the Survey Editor. Refer to” Change the ceiling height “in the Survey Editor.
4. A dotted line that follows the cursor pointer will extend from the first point. Select the next point of measurement with a click. The line will snap into a blue vertical line if the cursor is on the vertical axis. (Keep pressing [Shirt key] will allow your line to be
