Users get notifications when they’re mentioned in tag, tracking tour, or comment. They can track where they’ve been mentioned via notification.

Check notification

Notifications

  1. Click (blue star) from the sidebar to check notifications.

  2. Click the comment. It’ll open the tag or track or a comment in a new tab where you’re mentioned.

  3. Click (blue star) to remove the notification.

  4. Click (blue star) to close notifications.

Tip: Click (blue star) to mark as read. You can re-click it to mark as unread.

Note: Users will receive notifications under such circumstances.

  • Mentioned users will receive notification.

  • Mentioned users and the original commenter will receive notification when it’s marked as “Resolved”

  • Mentioned users in the thread and the original commenter will receive a notification when there is a new comment posted in the thread.
