Users get notifications when they’re mentioned in a tag, a tracking tour, or a comment.

Check notification

Notifications

  1. Click from the sidebar to check notifications.

  2. Click to mark as read. You can re-click it to mark as unread.

  3. Click the comment. It’ll open the tag or track or a comment in a new tab where you’re mentioned.

  4. Click to remove the notification.

  5. Click to close notifications.

Note: Users will receive notifications under such circumstances.

  • Mentioned users will receive notification.

  • Mentioned users and the original commenter will receive notification when it’s marked as “Resolved”

  • Mentioned users in the thread and the original commenter will receive a notification when there is a new comment posted in the thread.
