Comments

Users can position the comment tag in the 3D workspace and communicate with one another about the survey via comments.

Comments
  1. Select on the side panel to activate the comment list. Here you can see the overview of all comments in the survey on the list.

  2. Click a directly on the main screen to view the comment detail. You can check the comment not only in the pop up box but also on the side panel with the replies as a thread.

  3. A number next to icon represents the number of the replies on the comment. You can click the comment to view the thread.

  4. Side panel has a filter to show All or Only yours (means user’s own comments) which can be used in combination with Show resolved comments.

  5. Default filter is set to All and Show resolved comments toggled off.

Note: Once the comment is marked as Resolved the comment tag will not show in the 3D workspace but the resolved comments can still be seen using the Show resolved comments toggle in the side panel.

 

Add a comment

  1. Click [+Add] to create a comment.

  2. Type comment. You can’t upload image or video files.

  3. You can mention users by using @[user name] or @[user email].

  4. Drag the comment icon itself to edit the height of the comment. You can also change the position by moving the white circle underneath the comment icon

  5. Click [Save] to save your comment.

Note: Users will receive notifications under such circumstances.

  • Mentioned users will receive notification.

  • Mentioned users and the original commenter will receive notification when it’s marked as “Resolved”

  • Mentioned users in the thread and the original commenter will receive a notification when there is a new comment posted in the thread.

 

Edit a comment

  1. Click to edit comment position or delete thread.

  2. Click to edit comment.

  3. Click to delete comment.

Note: Delate, edit, and resolve comement;

  • Only original commenter can delete or edit the comment/comment position.

  • Users with the editor role and above can resolve comments.
