Password-protected link

You can create a password-protected link on each survey to share it with the external users out of the enterprise network. 

Password-protected link

  1. Click [share button] and the dialog box will open.

  2. Select [share link].

  3. Set the password for the link. 

  4. Set the expiry date. The default expiration date is set for 30 days.

  5. You can select the options to share tags, share tracks, show Mini-map, allow measurement and time comparison with the external users or not.

  6. Click [Generate link] to get a unique URL and copy it to share.

  • External users who will access through the shared link can only view the 360 images of the 3D workspace and tag(view only), tracking tours, Mini-map, measurement, and time comparison.

  • Every link is unique with its different password and expiration information.

 

Embedding link

This is the βversion release. You can try this feature for a limited time.

 

Embedding Link

 

  1. Click [Share button], and the Share Sub Menu will open.

  2. Select [Embedding link].

  3. You can select the options to share tags, share tracks, show Mini-map, and allow measurement time comparison.

  4. Click [Generate link] to get a unique HTML and copy it to share.

Unlike password-protected links, the embedding link doesn’t have an expiration date.
