Tracking Tour

Editors can save a recording of a tour that is important to the survey which can be viewed by anyone with access to the survey. Unlike a screen recording video, when viewing the Tracking Tour, the user is able to navigate/view the spaces freely.

View the tracking tour

Open

1. Click to open your Tracking tour playlist. 

2. Click the tracking tour on the playlist to see the information of the tracking tour.

3. Select the tracking tour by clicking [play button] on the list, and the following screen will be displayed.

4. When hovers [information icon ] you can check the description of the track.

5. Click [Play button to star the track.

6. At any time, you can move the screen or go to a different location and the tracking tour will pause. Simply press the play button again to resume.

7. When you want to finish the track, click [exit button ].

Create a tracking tour

1. Click [+Add] on the Tour list and select [New Recording] to begin.

2. Click anywhere on the screen or click [record button ] and the counter will initiate indicating that the recording is active. During this time, any movement of the position of rotation of the view will be recorded. Actions such as creating a new tag will not be recorded.

3. When finished, click  .

4. Insert the title and description of the tracking tour and click [Save].
