Editors can save a recording of a tour that is important to the survey which can be viewed by anyone with access to the survey. Unlike a screen recording video, when viewing the Tracking Tour, the user is able to navigate/view the spaces freely.

1. Click 
to open your Tracking tour playlist.
2. Click the tracking tour on the playlist to see the information of the tracking tour.
3. Select the tracking tour by clicking [play button] on the list.

4. When hovers [information icon ] you can check the description of the track.

2. Click [+Add] on the Tour list and select [New Recording] to begin.

3. Click anywhere on the screen and the counter will initiate indicating that the recording is active. During this time, any movement of the position of rotation of the view will be recorded. Actions such as creating a new tag will not be recorded.
Note: Functions in the side panel are disabled when in tracking tour mode in order to prevent conflicting actions.

4. When finished, click and insert the title and description to the tracking tour.
Note: You can mention users by using @[user name] or @[user email].

5. Click to play your tracking tour.

6. Click the play button to begin. At any time, you can move the screen or go to a different location and the tracking tour will pause. Simply press the play button again to resume. To exit, press .
